I used to use Internet Explorer and iespell for built in spell checking but as, is usually the case, IE is a mess. The link to IE is here. http://www.iespell.com/
I now use the latest version of FireFox 1.5.0.3 and its spell checker was called spellbound but it does not work with version 1.5.0.3 of FireFox so I had to install the Google tool bar which does include a spell checker not perfect but it works and its located here if your using FireFox
